The hotel is located at the Ridge, offering very spacious rooms. While the rooms were okay, not the cleanest, and had a torn screen that allowed flies in, being next to the Registration area was convenient. The service was unhelpful and some staff tried to sell us a time share, lacking concern even when presented with pictures of the room. The location was perfect for accommodating a family of 7 in one space, with a nice ambiance, including hiking areas and mountain bike rentals nearby. The dining experience was apart of the stay, and to my knowledge, fabulous with organic products. However, the air did not seem to circulate well, and some seating was uncomfortable. Despite not ideal in some aspects, the hotel provided a good value for money overall.

The service was a mixed bag - thorough but pushy at times, and unfortunately, I felt scammed out of $199 for a 'free offer. ' The location was convenient with a supermarket nearby, and although not in downtown Sedona, it provided easy access to various attractions. The breakfast included was fabulous, and the facilities were satisfactory.
